Required Education/Experience

1. LCSW or LCPC.
2. Master’s degree in a human service–related field and a minimum of one year of experience
working with children and families, preferably in a domestic violence program.
3. Strong assessment, counseling, and trauma-informed clinical skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse ages, languages, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs, mental/physical abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Job Requirements

1. Provide assessments for identified child clients and develop individualized treatment plans for both the child and survivor parent.
2. Provide individual therapy to children.
3. Provide family therapy sessions for survivor parents and their children.
4. Provide parenting education and support to survivors individually and in group settings.
5. Coordinate with other CAWC staff to ensure continuity, coverage, and quality of client services.
6. Provide referrals for additional services as appropriate. Advocate on behalf of clients within other systems and collaborate as needed.
7. Complete client records to document eligibility and services provided.
8. Enter monthly client data into the InfoNet database and complete program reports as required.
9. Ensure the provision of services in accordance with all funding contract requirements.
10. Participate in volunteer and staff trainings, public education, and outreach activities as requested.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
