This workshop will examine over twenty different operations
clients use to resist change. Aggression, distance, and symptoms
(amongst others) will be detailed, as well as ways to cope with
them. Emphasis will be placed upon using them to facilitate
treatment along three dimensions: behavioral, cognitive, and
early learning. The course is offered in person or virtually (hybrid).
