Ethics are the standards of conduct an individual uses to make decisions. This training discusses the core values of ethical clinical practice, as well as the purpose and benefits of adhering to professional code of ethics. This training aims to help licensed clinical professional counselors and social workers explore the nature and origins of value conflicts and how their values impact their decision making. It also aims to build their skills by engaging in rich discussion about how to apply these ethical standards to an ethical decision-making model, using provided clinical cases.
