Beginning with the 09/30/23 renewal period for CDVP/CPAIP certification, ICDVP will be emailing renewal certificates and letters to your email address on file. Hard copies of renewal certificates will only be mailed to those professionals who do not have an email address on file with ICDVP. If you have an email address but also want a hard copy of your certificate, you can request a copy by submitting a completed ICDVP Certificate Replacement Form along with a $10 fee to ICDVP. The ICDVP Certificate Replacement Form can be found on our website at www.ilcdvp.org.
