ICDVP is accepting applications for the 02/28/24 renewal date. Feel free to contact ICDVP to check on the status of your renewal application. As a reminder, electronic certificates will be emailed out the last week of February 2024.
As a reminder, all renewal forms are now fillable online and can be found on the ICDVP website. Renewal applications can be submitted by mail or though the ICDVP website. Please note that processing fees apply when submitting a renewal application online.
