Site Certification (Non-DV) CEU Site Application Fee

This fee is for non-DV organizations of higher learning that have an accredited program and a proven track record of providing educational services regarding domestic violence for the past five years are eligible to apply to become non-DV CEU sites.
Non-DV CEU site certification lasts one year and must be renewed on an annual basis.
Non-DV programs are certified to provide CEUs only. This does not include any version of the 40-hour domestic violence training, 20-hour PAIP training, or Supervision.
Checklist of Items to include:
- Attach the application ICDVP Form 9 completely filled out and signed.
- Attach all required documents.
- First year fee of $300.
