This session equips participants to engage men effectively, encouraging accountability and active participation. Participants will learn to merge preventive strategies with fatherhood programs for greater impact and gain skills in implementing the PROTECT program to foster personal and behavioral growth.

Maximize Male Engagement: Train participants to effectively engage men in proactive and meaningful ways. Focus on strategies that encourage self-reflection, accountability, and active participation.

Foster Collaborative Prevention Strategies: Train participants on integrating collaborative programs and services with fatherhood programs.

Develop Skills for Implementing PROTECT Principles: Provide practical training on implementing the PROTECT program’s methodologies while personally growing from the inside out.

Empower Men as Allies in IPV Prevention: Educate participants on the vital role men can play as allies for women who have experienced IPV and as protectors against child abuse and neglect.
