SUMMARY:Ethical Practice
DESCRIPTION:Ethical practice is at the heart of effective\, compassionate\, and accountable clinical care. Every interaction\, assessment\, and intervention requires clinicians to balance professional responsibilities\, legal obligations\, and the unique needs of the individuals they serve. This engaging and interactive training is designed to strengthen participants’ confidence in navigating the ethical challenges that arise in everyday clinical practice. \nGrounded in the core principles of professional ethics\, this training explores the purpose and value of ethical codes for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs) and Social Workers\, while examining how personal values\, biases\, and life experiences can influence clinical judgment and decision-making. Through thought-provoking discussion\, real-world clinical scenarios\, and collaborative case analysis\, participants will apply professional ethical standards to a structured ethical decision-making model. \nVirtual Training \n3 CEUs
